msfvenom = msfencode + msfpayload

Msfvenom,this tool has already include into the latest Metasploit version(My version is 3.8.0-dev). Msfvenom combines all the functionality of msfpayload and msfencode in a single tool. It's faster and easier to use more than msfpayload and msfencode.
